From here we embark on an eyewatering tour around the dramatic northern coastline before heading through the high central mountains en-route to the coast to make our crossing to Tuscany, in Italy.įollowing a visit to the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa we ride out from the historic walled city of Lucca through the dramatic vine-lined hills of the north of Tuscany before hitting the slopes of the Cinque Terra, Italy’s most enchanting coastline. Starting out by riding the classic Col d’Eze of Nice we then set sail for the beautiful island of Corsica.
